Refund Policy

We want you to have the best possible experience with HarvCV Pro. If the product isn't right for you, we maintain a clear, transparent refund policy aligned with the requirements of our payment partners (Dodo Payments and MercadoPago).

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to HarvCV Pro subscription purchases made through our authorized payment processors: Dodo Payments for international payments and MercadoPago for Argentina.

2. Refund Request Window

You can request a refund within 7 days of the subscription purchase or renewal without needing to provide an extensive justification.

During this period we review your request in good faith and try to understand whether the product fell short of your expectations or if you experienced a technical problem.

3. General Eligibility

A payment may qualify for a refund when the service did not work as expected due to a HarvCV Pro technical issue, when there was a billing error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, etc.), or when you let us know within 7 days that you are not satisfied with the tool.

Normal use of Pro features, including downloads and AI tools, does not automatically remove your right to request a refund within the stated window.

4. When We May Decline a Refund

We reserve the right to decline refund requests when there are clear signs of fraud, malicious payment use, or unauthorized account usage; when we detect a clear pattern of systematic refund abuse (such as repeated cancellations with refund requests); or when the request arrives after the 7-day period. In every case we will communicate the reason for our decision as clearly as possible.

5. AI Services

The AI tools available in HarvCV Pro are part of the digital service included with your subscription. Reasonable use of these features does not by itself invalidate the possibility of a refund within 7 days. Only in cases of obvious, repeated abuse could we consider limiting future refunds.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request" and include your registered email, purchase date, the payment processor used (Dodo Payments or MercadoPago), and a brief reason for the request (optional but helpful).

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the purchase. The funds usually arrive within 5-10 business days after approval, depending on the processor and the issuing bank.

7. Subscription Cancellation and Account Deletion

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund payments that have already been made.

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, email [email protected]. Account deletion also does not automatically grant a refund; refunds are governed solely by this policy.
